Google MapsIf I could have given no stars I would of. I urge people to stay clear from this company, they advertise them self as understanding mental health. Unfortunately they do not and instead used my disability against me and took nearly $4,000 in 3 months which means they took over $1000 per a month and didn't do anything apart from driving me into my own grave nearly. I spent alot of time crying and mentally struggling because of there behaviour I had even gone as far to contacting Julian to make a complaint regarding Jordan Bradbury and Catherine Wright I had given this company numerous chances as we all know sometime you can just get one bad support coordinator so I gave it another go but instead Catherine Wright made things worse. I was treated disgracefully including she stuff up my evidence for my NDIS and told a service I didn't want to work with them when infact I did. They will lie and tell you that it's your fault. It broke my heart that a company advertised them self as understanding complex mental health when unfortunately they never came even close to understanding and changing support coordinators didn't make any difference. I learnt will there all they care about is money if you run out it gets put back on you. They are NDIS registered and now are being investigated for fraud as they took my money even when I had stopped with them. That shows what type of company they are the fact the NDIS commission are in there backs cause they act like they have evidence to back then selfs up but they truly dont. I would really re consider a different provider it's just not worth the stress it nearly destroyed me and my confidence in life.
