Mary, the support worker, has been exceptionally supportive of her participant, demonstrating her genuine caring nature, especially during the participant's time in the ICU and planning for her hospital discharge. Her dedication and compassion were truly evident in this challenging period.

I recommend Bek at Redeema, for support coordination, to other participants because so many participants have trouble finding coordination that takes the trouble to get to know them totally and individually. That really cares about them as a person and encourages the process to be client led. They have trouble with coordinators returning calls and messages, following up therapies and finding answers to questions. I know this because this is what other participants tell me before I tell them to call Bek and have a chat with her or her colleagues about what they can do differently. I totally trust her and my husband who is my carer totally trusts she knows me and my needs so well. She knows what helps me and what would set me back. She has open communication with my Therapists and understanding of my therapies. I have major trust issues and to say I trust Bek totally is saying a lot!
