WARNING ABOUT RELIANCE CARE AND SUPPORT If you or a loved one need care, DO NOT go near this company. They were awful from day one — rude, disorganised, and completely unprofessional. But the worst part? They straight-up lied about the care they provided. Made things up. False records. False claims. When I confronted them, they didn't even have the decency to admit it. I trusted them with something important, and they threw that trust in the bin. Honestly, they don't deserve to be in this industry. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere — anywhere — else.
