Google MapsWe appreciated the professional and caring attention the Reliant team provided to our 96 year old mum after her accident. The entire team we dealt with were all warm and caring and have assisted in allowing this 96 year old lady to remain independent.

Google MapsRonelle and the team at Reliant have provided excellent care for our friend for the past two years, enabling her to live at home for as long as possible. This has included case management of all her appointments, flexible carers to get her to appointments and back, carers who were able to form a genuine bond with our friend, nursing and physiotherapy visits in the home, thoughtful liaison with us (her guardian and PoA) and help for us navigating the bureaucratic challenges of aged care in Australia. When the time came for our friend to move into aged care the daily carers and case manager helped enormously, both practically and psychologically, despite this being the end of their business with her. We are very grateful that the rehab team at the hospital suggested Reliant.

Google MapsA family member was diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic cancer out of the blue with immediate family members based interstate and travelling overseas. Whilst navigating health insurance and Medicare was a steep learning curve, the process of engaging with Reliant for care was exceptional. Efficient, effective with the perfect balance of empathy. We couldn't have been happier with the quality of carers put forward for consideration and the performance of the chosen carer, the administrative parts of our engagement with Reliant as well as the communication between ourselves and Reliant. Services included transport to and from oncology appointments and light shopping/household duties - we would have no hesitation engaging Reliant further should circumstances have required. Most importantly the family member was at ease with the carer. Could not recommend more highly.
