This organisation is definitely not five stars it’s disgusting the business director has made it look like 5 stars the staff he has can’t look after anyone they abuse People don’t feed the clients properly poor service the organisation is just after your funds the owner will never send texts or reply back he’s worried about getting caught out we even nearly had to call the police it was That bad STAY AWAY Ohh you know exactly who we are STOP lying this is definitely the place our family member stayed with and it was nothing but hell for them by all means start your investigation PLEASE you need to be closed down it’s not a respite service at all it’s a service of disgrace We have met you by the way still walking around in your flashy suits and clothes from culture kings while your poor clients SUFFER disgusting 🤢

Respite Australia Care is a very good a Organisation with reliable staffs and a vibrant management team. I’ve referred a friend of mine from my neighbourhood who needed STA respite so desperately.
