I am an occupational therapist who prescribes home mods that will help my clients to overcome participation barriers or for safety reasons. I have dealt with David Robin, Managing Director, regarding mods for NDIS and WorkSafe clients and found him to be always professional and helpful. The turnaround time to receive quotes is also excellent compared to other providers I have used. My clients have provided positive feedback on the mods after installation and I will continue to refer clients to Restore HM in the foreseeable future.

We recently partnered with restore home modifications to manage all aspects of accessibility modifications to our home. The mods included: installing ramps, widening doorways and doors, automated entry door, flooring and a bathroom transformation to an accessible semi wet room. restore hm took care of everything. What an exceptional job they did for a significant positive impact! The finished project is and looks amazing, making a huge difference to daily living for our family. Our home is now much safer, I’m thrilled to have a good deal of my independence restored because of their expertise. All trades were great, punctual, efficient and did a terrific job. All treated us and our home with respect. We had no concerns having them in our home throughout the project. David, Gianni and John from restore hm are awesome to deal with, all professionally friendly and caring. Excellent service. Tradesmen were very friendly and accomodating. Workmanship was good. Communication was top par as they let me know what was going to happen and when. And the follow up from supervisor was a wonderful surprise.
