No cleaning in 16 months. I was told by Rachael nothing wrong with me to do my own cleaning. I had ACAT assessment. They ignored them as well . I standing up for the elders to scared to stand up at 80.90.75 as I seen people go with out any real help as I was only allowed to feed the birds 2 hours 4 days a week . I need real help I saved for a medical bed doctor's orders no I don't get they said I need a real government to help as they need to be autordited to find missing monies .

Right At Home has been an excellent service in all ways for me. The carers and office staff have all been the best help that anyone could wish for. My life at home would not be bearable without this great support and a caring attitude. AAA in all ways. Faye Biggera Waters

Unprofessional, this company has taken on too many clients and the staff they do have are very under qualified. As another review commented staff are rude uncaring. Treat there workers as angels while delivering a very unprofessional unwilling to work or care for client. The complaining of staff for doing domestic cleaning was in the culture of the company, if you want domestic cleaning don't come to right @ home Bundall. We had at least 30 different staff come into our home with most saying they prefer not to do domestic (cleaning). The culture in this company is to look after the staff and let the client down even after contacting management we were blamed for staff not performing, after leaving this provider the relieve was felt immediately. The provider now is at last a dream not a nightmare. Very very poor service all round. Oh yes management were part of the problem with this company, couldn't even get to the owners who were never available what a joke . See the advertisement on TV that is exactly what they do sit down and stand up and give you a clap & that's it. Please don't believe that usual reply that you get from places saying we have no record of you being with us, I was and couldn't wait to move, they promised the world but gave stress and anxiety. I did comment on particular staff members which I now have changed as they have asked nicely not to, however they don't mind names when giving positive feedback.
