Google MapsSince starting with Right at Home Upper North Shore, I’ve experienced an exceptional level of care that has made a real difference in my day to day life. In particular, my support worker Andrew has played a key role in ensuring that my care has been both high quality and genuinely person centred. I really value that I can communicate openly with my support worker, and that his team listens and responds promptly to my needs. What I appreciate most is that my independence has always been respected. Andrew consistently goes above and beyond to make sure I feel supported without ever feeling restricted. He strikes the perfect balance, offering help when needed, while still allowing me to maintain control over my own life. That level of understanding and respect has been truly invaluable. Andrew brings compassion, reliability, and a thoughtful approach to everything he does. His professionalism and natural empathy have made my entire experience with Right at Home not only easy to appreciate, but something I genuinely value. It’s clear that he cares deeply about the people he supports, and that dedication shines through every time I’m with him. I’m incredibly grateful for the care I’ve received and would highly recommend Right at Home Upper North Shore, especially Andrew, to anyone seeking respectful, compassionate, and empowering support.

We are relieved that when navigating the aged care system, we can reply on the ongoing assistance and care from this organisation - once our ‘packages’ of need are given to us.

Google MapsThere were many negative reviews that I noticed before signing up, but my thoughts were, there are often two sides to a story, so I gave 'Right at Home' a try. Unfortunately after only a month of signing up with them, red flags galore, they charged us for meet and greets, for travel when supports were NOT using their car, they sent us support worker who had a contagious fungal skin infection, their supports don't know the meaning of boundaries during our first meeting, the sw asked multiple personal questions, these supports were all over the place, I had a support person rock up at 8 am to my home without her being scheduled to come. Also this same support person would volunteer personal information about her life, which I would have preferred for her to practice better boundaries. Overall I'm happy to leave this organisation today after one too many crap occurrences. In reply to your answer, I can see you've not addressed the concerns in my review, the support person you allow in our homes has cancelled last minute more than half her shifts, has come to my home at 8 am when she was not rostered to come, and the worst being her smell that made us all sick!

Google MapsStill a lot to learn to the new look of Aged Care . Had my AC number for a few years but never seriously act what's involve in the package and I myself is still living "active" in the community . But this last few years , my health , body , well being has changed, so I'm glad I attended the session and looking forward to learn more . An hour of compressed information about the overhauling of Aged Care given to us is a bit hard to understand but with the help of Stephanie Nicholson , we can visualise what's ahead of us and start getting organise with the future "older" us while we are able to .
