Will not bother to call you back and will continue to say "oh, we'll call you tomorrow" even after several chase-up calls. Only avoiding one star because they're polite enough on the phone and they don't leave you on hold or waiting in a queue for an extended period of time.

Riverina OT have greatly helped me with both my hand therapy and community OT needs. They are always prompt, professional, friendly, and helpful. Highly recommend!

I had an ndis assessment done for my daughter some months ago and cannot and will not ever recommend this place to anyone at all. Worse occupational therapists I have ever come across they do not listen they put false entries into their assessments they say one thing and do another they are bullies and do not listen to their clients. Stay well away from this place trust me when i say this you do not want anything at all to do with this place they overcharge like wounded bulls for inferior so called work they do they will drain your ndis plan and actually work against you not with you. Go anywhere but here and i literally mean anywhere else but here.

I’ve been working with Occupational Therapist Julia Crouch since the beginning of 2025 when she was asked to complete a Functional Capacity Assessment for my NDIS Change of Circumstances review for me. From our first meeting she listened to me (both as a client with complex needs and as a person) and was able to come up with workable solutions to help me meet my main goal of as remaining as independent as I can. Her FCA report was concise, readable and very comprehensive and has resulted in the NDIA approving items like complex bathroom modifications which I thought was impossible. I cannot rate Julia Crouch and Riverina Occupational Therapy highly enough!
