I am glad to share my positive experience about booking of PBCC for our Eid gathering. The Account department especially Rajinder Singh was very professional and smoothly processed my application. Excellent service and greatly recommended. Will always do business with them.

We booked this hall last minute for an event, and the whole process was seamless from start to finish. We had the pleasure of dealing with Raj, who was absolutely wonderful to work with. He went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly—answering all our questions, even taking our call after hours on the night of the event to assist with a few things. Although Raj works in finance, he kindly stepped outside of his role to support us, even meeting us at the venue the day before to give us access when he didn’t have to. Raj was professional, helpful, and genuinely lovely throughout. The venue itself was fantastic—spacious, with a large commercial kitchen, a projector, and plenty of chairs and tables provided. I’ll definitely be booking this venue again.

The lamb kebab (kubideh) was undercooked and extremely tough, making it difficult to bite. Additionally, the salad was in poor condition and lacked freshness, appearing as though it had been prepared several days earlier.
