Since RM Care has come into my Son's life, and ours as a family unit, it's been a positive and life changing experience. The superior care and support provided is top quality and they always go above and beyond to make my Son feel supported, heard, nurtured and safe. The professionalism shown to make sure my Son's needs (in all care aspects of his unique requirements) are met, is always priority. The staff can adapt to any situation if needed and make adjustments to my Son's care depending on his needs that day. He gets very excited and happy to see all staff that come as they dance, sing and play with him. The gentle caring nature used when completing cares and transfers using the hoist makes me, as a Mum, feel relaxed as I know he's being cared for in a loving manner. Although my Son is non-verbal staff communicate with him and let him what is happening so he's aware, that again shows respect and making sure the client is informed and feeling safe. Patience is also an important requirement when caring for my Son, the staff display this when working with my boy and it puts myself at ease. I feel comfortable working with RMCare as it takes the stress and worry off me as a parent knowing I can trust others with the care of my Son. It's also nice to share the load and reduce my carer burnout, RMCare really feels like family.

This company has been absolutely amazing! From the very first meeting, I felt really comfortable and listened to. One of the people who helped me, Rita, was so cool. I was having a bit of trouble figuring out how to fit everything I wanted to do into my week, but Rita sat down with me and we made a schedule that actually works! Even better, Rita helped me find some activities I didn't even know existed, and they are seriously fun. I look forward to my week so much more now. Everyone I've met through this service is super friendly and supportive. It feels like they really get what's important to me.
