The service and drivers are generally okay, but they often make me nervous on the road because they seem nervous themselves. It feels like they’re not confident or smooth while driving, which affects the overall experience. What’s really disappointing is the condition of the fleet cars used for client pickups. The vehicles are never detailed or properly cleaned. Interiors are usually a mess — with trash or clutter left behind — and the exteriors have visible water spots from neglect. I also noticed a milkshake spilled on the window, and it was still there two weeks later. This lack of care makes the cars look unprofessional and disrespectful to passengers. If they would at least keep the cars cleaned and detailed regularly, it would greatly improve the presentation and customer impression. Right now, it feels like the company isn’t putting enough effort into the basics of customer comfort and vehicle upkeep.
