Google MapsAsked to have my blood pressure taken ascreventvwent onto mecication and was informed there would be a charge. There were no customers in store and their website says complementary BP monitoring and recording. I find this such lazy cash grab service from a pharmacy that makes out they are there for the local community. I will take my monitoring and business to a pharmacy that does actually care

Google MapsNicky and the staff at this chemist know allergies. They are friendly and efficient and nothing is too much trouble. If you have asthma, contact dermititus, ecsma they have many well priced products. They also have a great range of cotton masks and they can gift wrap presents if you need. And of course they have well priced prescriptions.

Google MapsI've been coming to this chemist now for bout 4to5 years an won't go anywhere else. Why well that's easy the staff who work there are so polite and very easy to talk to. They don't try an lecture you compared to a hell of a lot of others and are trained in such a way as to make your visit enjoyable and easy to talk to. Connie and jess are always on the ball with fixing up scripts and these two are a good example of how a chemist shop should run. They treat the staff with respect witch reflects off to the customer on how they treat you when Ur there. Now there's Dan he been there for awhile now and he also shows great respect to the customer and his staff around him. He is very professional at what an how he does stuff around the shop. To other pharmacy's out there maybe take a leaf out of there books at rode Rd an treat Ur customer with the respect they deserve. Understandably there are problem customers you get them everywhere but maybe teach Ur own staff a bit more on how to de escalate situations and I think you will find the young staff would be better equipped to handle these types of situations as they do at rode. But upon saying all this of course this pharmacy has its days but they are trained a lot better than what I've come across in my travels. To Connie keep up the good work an you'll always keep me as a customer.
