There's going to be huge problems at emu point this winter if the roof isn't fixed, they will just use their staff at low wage to help care for residents and look like the heros whilst ignoring the fact that the ceilings are close to caving in.

Worst neighbours ever roshana Carmel has been stinking Carmel out with a malfunctioning sewerage system for 3 years and refuses to act. We are unable to go outside at night due to the smell. I feel for the residents with a company that behaves like this. It has been a living hell since roshana came to carmel
