Google Maps####Universal Foldable floor mat Wireless Kit - Home Use #### Doesn't come with a plug-in charger; it was delivered on Monday. It's Wednesday and the batteries are flat. Having to replace the batteries every second day is impractical. I spoke to sales, had to purchase the rechargeable plug as an extra, and acquire rechargeable batteries. Great work, team. The product itself is good, providing peace of mind for the carer at night. Delivery was fast. The sales team responded to my review, stating the batteries that come with the alarm mat kit should last 4-6 months, and sorry. Off to Woolworths to purchase rechargeable batteries. *****Be wary, people! Noted on the information provided in your response, which requires prior notification before purchase. I have already acquired rechargeable batteries, so I must decline the offer. Unfortunately, the offer to replace the batteries was not extended via the email sent by the sales staff. This notification has come too late. Batteries with a lifespan of merely 1 1/2 days are unprecedented. Thank you.

Google MapsWe found the product very good it the beginning but when the battery went flat and we returned the product they stated there was nothing wrong with the product when they tested it. They sent it back not fixed and the cord that hangs around your neck was not connected to the device very disappointed in how the team from sales to the people that fix faulty products there comucation skills were very poor very helpful when you buy the product but if anything goes wrong they don't want anything to do with you would not advise anyone to use there equipment
