As an employee who have been working for safelane more the one year I can assure that safelane care about their employees and all the participants under their care. They genuinely care for their growth professionally and personally, organised and huge thanks for Abinav for always being on call.

I’m a support worker and have been working with participants through SafeLane for a while now. It’s an absolute pleasure of a workplace for me for a couple of reasons but mainly because -My management co-ordinator is super understanding and helpful in dire and easy situations alike -The participants are a joy to work alongside Having worked with other NDIS companies, I must say that SafeLane has my heart and will recommend to anyone who’s after a flexible role in a fulfilling work environment.

I have enjoyed working at Safelane Healthcare, they are culturally aware, include respectful staff and provide extremely happy environment to work in. Great documentation practises and reporting processes. Excellent community based support for clients and fulfilling their needs along with providing great service.
