Safety And Mobility Pty Ltd

Wonderful business that treated us with dignity and compassion, and bent over backwards to make sure we had what we needed. Highly recommend choosing this company over any other.

My recent dealings with Shame were exceptional. Shane knew his products well. His service was very courteous and delivery prompt. I would strongly recommend Safety and Mobility P/L to anyone seeking disability equipment.

I can’t speak more highly of the amazing Team at Safety and Mobility for their efficient and outstanding customer service recently on the purchase of a specific wheelchair. They went above and beyond to assist us to ensure we had the correct chair, even allowing us to hire before purchasing, to see it was correct for our needs. They made the entire process so easy. Constantly keeping us updated and communicating with us, without me even coming into the store and dispatching it to the other side of Sydney in a timely manner. Thank you.

I recently called the store to ask about inventory of stethoscopes and help with ordering. Melanie provided excellent and amiable customer service, patiently helping me purchase the product for store pickup and answer my inquiries about other equipment. Overall, incredibly friendly and helpful service. I highly recommend coming here.

I work at a zoo and bought a pack of menthol nose plugs. Amazing product making my job much easier.
