Not happy with service that I get since the new management of this company but under the old management everything was much better and smooth everything ran much better I got the quality of care I wanted but under this new management everything has been stuffed up and there is so many insufficient stuff ups that are not needed and never happened under old management some management changes are better some changes management changes are not good & disk management changes one of the management changes for example are not good.

I did my PCA course here and it was wonderful due to the excellent staff and training facilities at SAI .

Requesing a call from Management explaing why services were discontinued with malcontent pertinent to my elderly Mother. Why age care number is still activated under company's name ? Please contact family.

Hi , I have recently engaged with this company to receive support workers to take my son to and from kickboxing on a Tuesday night and Thursday night to give me a break and for him to start engaging with other people not mum, I am very happy with the workers i have received and look forward to continue working with both the support workers and the company to help my son to continue accessing the community safely....
