I am finding it difficult to give this company one star they don’t deserve any in fact quite the opposite My sister engaged this company to provide support for my mother for one night to enable the whole family to attend a family wedding Arrangements were they would attend my mother for approx 2hrs between 5 and 7 pm sat evening administer her evening medication ensure she had eaten her prepared evening meal and offer her some company Both my sister and myself confirmed these arrangements in separate phone calls Guess what they didn’t show up my mother was left without her medication and not given her evening meal Just horrified please do not rely on this company to care for your loved one We were let down by them in the worst possible way With the excuse when questioned that it was Telstras fault they had not delivered the sms to the care worker so she didn’t turn up You get better follow up when ordering a pizza Suggest when managing critical care for aged and vulnerable clients and with family putting such trust that the arrangement made need to in fact happen that this company needs to urgently review its operation procedures
