An abrupt phone call at 7:30pm on a Friday night from SAI Manager CEO was made to our family accusing us of abusing staff over the phone. All or family member asked was for the qualifications of the care workers entering our Mothers home. In response we were told by the Manager and roster worker it was against privacy to disclose the qualification of their care workers. Care cancelled refusing care to our disabled Mother 2 days before required. We are still waiting on a phone call from CEO to this time kindly explain how we abused staff by requesting the qualifications of the worker entering our Mothers home?

SAI have provided the special care needed for over 12 months now. We have found them so professional, as well as providing the dedicated people to take care of our needs. Had a great experience with Sai home and community care, mums case manager Dawn was simply fantastic, always on hand for questions and support, with the care my mum needed, very happy with their friendly nature, and were very approachable it was a shame that mum really didn't have enough time, to really get to know her carer properly, overall extremely happy thanks.
