Cindy at Sana Living has been wonderful to deal with - professional, accommodating and timely with her communication.

Registered and booked in for the tour of an apartment to try see potential options for a loved one with disability. It was difficult and time consuming to get myself there whilst unwell and utilising public transport during peak hour traffic. Had been given the wrong address in the reminder email i received yesterday so I travelled over an hour and arrived only to not get the opportunity to view. Disappointed but not really surprised given the prolonged consistent difficulties with my communications, bullying, harrassment, low grade experiences, gaslighting and difficulties in accessing accurate information I seem to be experiencing from many sectors of the government. As per my email, I would be happy to take you up on the offer of a rescheduled tour should you wish to provide transportation so that can go ahead without further inconvenience or strain on my already limited resources at the moment. Alternatively you could provide reimbursement of the transport costs incurred due to your error. Whilst your staff are on the government payroll to attend and respond, I am not.
