Suffering with shin splints after running, I never thought the pain would go away. Finding Sarah's physio to go online and only having 2 visits with Sarah and doing my exercises that were given to me. I can now run without pain, Couldn't thank Sarah enough would highly recommend

Our little boy, at ten months, was not quite achieving the milestones expected for his age and we made the decision to engage in home physio. The results were amazing. Monique quickly built a great rapport with him (although not without some crying and frustration at first as he learnt new skills) and was able to teach him and us as parents simple but effective techniques to help him develop. We had somehow missed that his head control was not where it should have been, despite having strength in other areas. With this problem identified and resolved, along with work in other areas, our little boy became a more mobile and a much happier baby. The crying when we put him down ceased as he could now turn his head and see what was going on around him. And chase his sister! I would thoroughly recommend this business, Monique made exercises feel like playtime with fun games and songs. A big high five and clap, clap, clap :) for her skills as a child specialist physio. We are grateful for your support and so pleased we took this step.

Monique has done a wonderful job of rehabilitating my physical self. My first visit from Monique we were expecting to do the session from my bed but I managed to make it downstairs. 6 weeks later I’m walking the driveway unaided. Monique is so encouraging, amazing support and has the ability to know my needs…..before I do. I so thankful for our time together.

My daughter (7yrs) had a wonderful session with Monique. Monique is just lovely and my daughter really seemed to gel with her. Was great that when My daughter got a bit tired and cranky and wanted to sit down, Mon just worked with that and got her to do some floor exercises. ‘Sarah’s physio to go’ are amazing, everyone is so pleasant and helpful.
