Very professional and reliable organisation. Regular clear and consistent communication. Sobhan put a lot of effort in to help with issues that previous provider could not be bothered helping with and does a good job communicating with other stakeholders like specialists, GP and other NDIS providers.

They were good initially but they started to overcharge for shifts they did not stay for, no proper training for supports workers for manual handling complex needs clients, they only have one person working anytime you call them and he does not know how to take a feedback , he hides issues under the carpet etc. His name is Obhan. They charge from wrong line items. They force people for the SIL homes , then they over charge . I used to like them a an organisation for their service but pst few months it is all about making money !
