Deanna, the Roster Manager, utalises a calm and understanding approach when supporting participants and staff, which makes coordination easy. Bridgette, the Engagement Manager, is proactive in ensuring participants’ needs are met with care. I’ve referred participants to Seachange based on their person-centred approach.
