I have been with Seachange Home care for number of years and been truly thankful for all the support for the number of years.i can.happily say they have helped built my confidence and become more independent in participating various daily activities I feel.no matter what that Seachange has always stood by me.

Deanna, the Roster Manager, utalises a calm and understanding approach when supporting participants and staff, which makes coordination easy. Bridgette, the Engagement Manager, is proactive in ensuring participants’ needs are met with care. I’ve referred participants to Seachange based on their person-centred approach.
