"I feel compelled to share a concerning issue about [seashine care]. People I know, who are also NDIS participants, have been charged for services that were never delivered. Despite their attempts to raise this directly with the provider, the deductions continued. It’s really disappointing, as these services should be trustworthy and transparent. I hope they take swift action to prevent others from being ripped off."
