Google MapsThere is no zero star option. They are really irresponsible. Don't waste time to go this clinic and see Physiotherapist. I don't know those reviews are real or not. I contacted them after reading the reviews. This is my experience. I am looking for a Chinese speaking physiotherapist for my parents with poor mobility near Riverwood area on 1 September, 2023. The clinic staff told me physiotherapist can speak Chinese. I explained my parents condition. And she told me that's better see GP first to have referral letters then back to book an appointment. So I asked GP to give us referral to see her. On September 6th, I called the clinic to book an appointment, the staff told me to submit an online application forms to let physio better know about my parents condition. When I submitted the form online, I noticed there are many questions about child, so I asked the staff whether the Physio only saw the child, but the staff said no. Then she told me to wait for physio's response. No any response until September 11th. I called this clinic again to follow up the application. The staff told me the physio didn't work that day, she can leave message about the application following up. No response until September 18th. So I called her clinic again to follow up my parents application. The staff told me I can call back the next day to speak with the physio directly at 9am or 2:40pm when she will be available. So I called her at 9am today on September 19th, 2023. But the staff told me she is in the meeting. She can't talk to me directly. I don't know it's real or not. I explained the staff about the whole story, she made me hold and asked the physio, then she told me the physio won't accept the new patient because of fully booked. WHAT!!!!!!! She ONLY can give us one off appointment in next week if we accepted. ........... I am really disappointed. I wasted so much time waiting for the physiotherapist who doesn't accept new patients at all. That's so irresponsible. Why didn't they tell me earlier? If you are a new patient, don't waste time to go this clinic. That's my experience.
