Andrea was absolutely wonderful to deal with from the very beginning. She was incredibly responsive via email, highly knowledgeable, and took the time to answer every question we had. Her advice was thoughtful, practical, and perfectly aligned with our needs. She made the entire process feel easy and stress-free, and was so prompt in organising an appointment for us. We felt supported and well-informed before we had even met in person. Dan (who come to us with the mobile showroom) was incredibly client-focused, patient, and genuinely caring in the way he explained everything. He made sure we felt comfortable and confident, and he answered all of our questions thoroughly without ever making us feel rushed. The mobile showroom completely took the hassle out of buying a new bed. Being able to see and try everything at home made such a difference. It turned what could have been a stressful process into a smooth and reassuring experience. Andrea and Dan made a huge impact on our overall experience and on our decision to purchase. We are so grateful for their ability to clearly and confidently talk us through the process. After Dan left, we all reflected on both his and Andrea's service and how wonderful they both were. Great experience from first contact with Alissar, through demo with Daniel and regular help and support from George - these guys are great. A month after installation, loving the beds - highly recommend the company and the product.

We have now been using your electric beds since taking delivery and set up by George and Dan since September 2025 and they are fantastic. They explained everything in easy to understand terms. We got the Elite Hi-Lo Companion Split Queen package and it has met all our requirements and the mattresses are very comfortable. Well done guys.

I found dealing with Sleep Electric from start to finish was excellent. Testing the bed in the truck was great, Communication, delivery of bed, guys were on time, friendly and informative, Greorge kept me in the loop about everything, professional all the way. Highly recommend.

My first experience with Sleeping Electrice was a trial organised by my O/T Caitlin. Don arrived with the trailer on time. He was so helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you Don. The idea of a large trailer coming to your home with the bed and mattresses to try is a fantastic idea. George whom I spoke to a couple of times and was so helpful over the phone. I had a two month delay due to My Aged Care funding delays but that wasn't a problem for George and Sleeping Electric. The bed was delivered in a week fitting in with my timing schedule. I find the mattress I chose comfortable and the automation of the bed smooth. I have one problem, the remote is easy to use but the buttons on it are a bit small. If you are considering buying an automated bed I Strongly suggest you look at Sleeping Electric for their service and high quality products.
