Previous plan managers were brilliant until taken over by SoJoe. Trying to contact them is a nightmare, payments times are all over the place, no communication for delays.... Absolute headache

We moved rurally and i informed the company months ago (3rd march) that we would no longer need them managing my daughters fund. Did all the email confirmation to cancel. was informed end of march would be the last fee as we had already started the month. we are now in June and they are STILL charging the fund for services that were cancelled.

Have contacted So Joe 5 times over the last two weeks with a payment problem. On each occasion I was informed that the problem had been fixed. Meanwhile one of my Carers is short $1822.00 short in her pay for the last 2 weeks. And to make matters worse you can’t even get anybody to pick up the phone when you ring. Maybe a name change to So Slow may be in order. At their present rate of performance I could not possibly recommend them to anybody.😡

Worst plan manager to deal with as a Sole Trader. Rude staff when enquiring about unpaid invoices. Slowest to pay invoices when compared to other plan management companies and throws NDIS as the excuse.
