To whom it may concern. My wife and I would like to share our experience with our recent delivery of our 2 king single Solace beds. A few weeks ago we saw a display in our local Stocklands shopping centre in Bundaberg. After a talk with the sales person, then some testing on the beds we were sold virtually instantly. The beds recommended to us were the pain relief package. (Better sleep + Midnight mattress.) As we are both on My Aged Care plans, we discussed the purchase with our Service Provider, who agreed that in our particular circumstances this bed would be of significant help to us taking into account our health situation, and agreed to provide the purchase of the beds under our plan. (I note that Solace is also registered with the NDIS) My wife and and I are in our early 70's with significant health issues. Without going into specifics, I would like to share our situation. I have been a sufferer of sleep apnoea since 1996 and have used CPap ever since. My wife has suffered increasing rheumatoid arthritis, since the mid to late eighties, which in turn, caused her, in the early 90's, to suffer respiratory arrest. (she stopped breathing and was lucky she was in hospital at the time). The cure for this was tracheostomy (a tube inserted in her neck in order to breath. She will have this for life). As a result of that, she developed a permanent infection in the lungs which flares up from time to time and causes much pain and difficulties for. Over the years she has had to sleep using many pillows to prop her up in order to breathe more easily. Since using our wonderful Solace beds, the result has been absolutely magnificent. Not only do we now both only need one small pillow, but due to the controls on the beds, we have found that by raising the upper portion of the beds, I NO LONGER USE CPAP! The wife raises her bed and sleeps all night much more peacefully. In addition, we both find the vibration system is fantastic! We each have chosen our own pattern, levels and timing, (the beds are completely independant with their own controls) and both run this fantastic feature and don't recall when it automatically switches off as we are by then asleep! I note that prices are very attractive compared to similar brands, but the prompt service, delivery and installation was excellent. The delivery boys relocated our old queen bed to another room with no hesitation whatsoever. Thank you very much to that of terrific team of installers.

These beds are just amazing, the functions range from your basic features to features that make life that more relaxing and stress free. This bed was purchased for child with disabilities and companion bed. I can highly recommend the Transmaster lolo-Hilo bed with plush mattresses (it’s like sleeping on a cloud) the ability to rise the bed makes making the bed easy, head and foot adjusts to help releave pressure on the body, vibrating function relaxes the muscles, the light under the head helps with night trips to the bathroom especially when sharing a room and watching for trip hazards. I don’t know how I slept/survive before this amazing bed. The delivery process was super quick with no hassles. The bed was set up and I was shown how all the functions worked before the staff left. Nothing was too much trouble. I can’t recommend this company and the bed HIGHLY ENOUGH. Rosie.

Three months ago we purchased a King Size split bed with Solace Sleep mattresses. It was the best decision we made! My husband and I have different requirements for a comfortable and restorative sleep - so the option to have our own choice of mattress was perfect. I love the comfort of my Midnight Plush mattress, ideal for sleeping on my side and hugging my curves. He loves his medium firm mattress. With a split bed it also means we don't disturb each other during the night. The added bonus is the flexibility of having an electric bed that is adjustable and comes with different massage functions. - Blissful and also great for full body relaxation. It has been well worth the investment.
