Splash Paediatric Therapy

We have many speech sessions with other providers but this one is the right one. My son Speech therapy is Philippa, she is the best that we have so far. Philippa is professional, kind ,supportive , patient and she is the only who has found the right strategy for my Son speech development. I strongly recommend Philippa to anyone who want to see progress in children speech development. Philippa God bless you and thanks for all you have done for our Son. Philippa you are the right person at the right place. All the staffs in administration are lovely too. Great place.. 👍 😃😃

Wish I'd read the reviews of the other locations, as I probably would've saved myself hundreds of dollars. My son had an initial assessment, which went fine, but was basically just a regurgitation of my words, as my son doesn't speak much when around new people. He'd also had a speech therapy assessment before, so this assessment was no benefit to me, just a stepping stone to get regular sessions booked in. I was told that after receiving the report, I would be contacted to get sessions booked in... I was not. I had to send them a follow-up email. Over 3.5 weeks later, I finally got an email to say that the speech pathologist that did my son's assessment was now fully booked and the only spots available were at extremely unsuitable times (all the times that no-one else wanted, myself included, cause it clashed with my son's nap). Had I been told this initially, I never would've booked in an assessment. The practice manager, Amy, just stopped replying to my emails. No compensation was offered, and she didn't even offer to put me on the waitlist. Seems like a money-grabbing tact to not advise clients of your availability before taking hundreds of dollars off them for an assessment. Steer clear.
