Spot Therapy Hub

We have recently started using the services of Spot Therapy Hub. I was so pleased to find a provider who offered a variety of services in the one location to enable a collaborative approach. The process from the start has been positive with the admin team member, Keisha, being so helpful and prompt to book in appointments that meet our needs and my son’s NDIS plan. My son becomes anxious about meeting new people and the unknown, so ahead of his first appointment he was feeling very worried. Senior Speech Therapist, Cecelia, engaged with him in such an effective way that had his comfort level growing before we even entered the room. She perfectly captured his needs in the goals she set for him. Following the appointment told me how much he liked her. We have now also met OT, Michael, and Support Worker, Maddy R. All have been great experiences and my son has become comfortable with each person very quickly. Their play based techniques are exactly what he needs. We look forward to meeting the rest of his support team in the coming weeks.

Highly recommend Spot Therapy Hub. We were offered an immediate appointment with help for a functional capacity assessment ahead of an NDIS review; staff were friendly and helpful. The professionalism and level of detail in the assessment provided to us was top tier, I feel like my son was really seen and validated and I can't thank the team enough for their support through all of this. Wonderful to work with Valentina especially, she was kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and thoughtful. Thank you.

My son was going to Spot Therapy Hub for about a year for Occupational and Speech Therapy. They were overcharging private therapy sessions by about $50 a session. Then once we got approved for NDIS funding they wanted to rip the NDIS off by overcharging $100 a session. I had to stop going there with my son due to them ripping us off. I was told by my child’s life start coordinator to confront them then stop using them and file a complaint to the NDIS about this which I did. As they are in breach of the NDIS code of conduct for charging more for NDIS participants than private customers. The receptionists and especially the branch manager Lorna were so rude and abusive to me. They were threatening to charge my credit card around $2000 for cancellation fees or ripping off the NDIS by $100 a session. They wouldn’t address the issue that they are ripping off the NDIS and I ended up being forced to get in to a fight with the branch manager over the phone to stop them from stealing $2000 from me. Also the business owner was so rude as to not reply to my email and she deleted a Facebook comment that I had made about the situation. She didn’t even address the issue or apologise after we had paid for a years worth of private therapy sessions at her overpriced company.

Fantastic service staff and individual workers are an absolute pleasure pleasure to work with they take you child's individual needs and make them flourish I have seen nothing but improvements from my daughter since starting to work with Bianca she is so caring compassionate and understanding with my daughter.
