Subee Pl

I just returned from 4 days (3 nights) Respite which was long overdue. Subee staff provided the 24 Hr care for my wife and she is Happy and Smiling despite my absence. Teresa keeps saying how well she was cared for in my absence and just how caring and thoughtful the staff were during every shift of care. I am so great full that I returned to find my wife so HAPPY with the care she received. This is such a load off my mind for those personally concerning times when I entrust her to someone else's care. Thank You BCHN Staff for everything you did for Teresa and ME!!

This company is amazing my dad was stuck at JHH after having an operation we waited 2 hours for a disabled taxi and none came so I called this company. It went through to the after hours number at Coffs Harbour the manager up there called Newcastle and organised the business to come pick up my dad. This was after hours and the driver had already worked for the day but came cause she didn’t want to see him stranded. We are forever grateful for the service we received and how kind,caring and compassionate they were. 100% recommend this company

Staff are welcoming and understanding, attention to details and staff provide great care. Staff willing to help at short notice. Would recommend and use again
