Truly outstanding service.

Very bad service. Do not use occupational therapist from here my grandmother use this service to get assistance with my aged care, they made her pay $90 to come out for 2 hours and added additional charges without telling her. They wanted $40 to write an email to our landlord as they would not install a shower screen and fix a sliding door. Then wanted an additional $10 just to send an email or to make 1 phone call. That is WITH the subsidy. Rip off service basically did nothing but send an email and talk to my grandmother for 2 the occupational therapist about where she was from for $100 and then had the nurve to send another $10 fee as my mother asked what was happening with the door as it was still not fixed after she sent the landlord an email, wich was the whole point of comming out. She would not even write my grandmother a reference to get a walker under the my aged care scheme with she is entitled to, instead told her to book a physiotherapy appointment for an assessment, when the whole point of her comming was to assess my grandmother so she can get assistance under my aged care with getting the showerscreen and door approval and assistance with any other things she needs but got nothing but a headache and a very expensive fee. Would definitely not recommend it is ashame what they do to the vulnerable and elderly who put their trust in these services. Shame on you sublime!
