Google MapsMy wife suffers from severe Alzheimer's disease. With the help of the Sunnycare team, she and I have gradually emerged from the shadow of her diagnosis and learned to live happily even while ill. This has also allowed our daughter to relax a bit. Sunnycare has not only significantly improved our quality of life but has also indirectly helped my daughter and her family. We are very grateful to Sunnycare for their help and care. There are many aged care facilities, but very few provide the meticulous care, attentive attention, and thoughtful service that Sunnycare offers. This high quality is truly rare. My wife and I sincerely thank Sunnycare and the dedicated nursing staff and managers who work there. We recommend Sunnycare to other seniors living in Brisbane because we all deserve a high-quality retirement.

Google MapsI don't often write feedback, but this time I must express my gratitude to Sunshine Home. My parents-in-law have received home care services from Sunshine Home for four years. From initial resistance to eventual acceptance, this clearly demonstrates Sunshine Home's dedication to selecting and training its staff. Even the caregivers who served our family showed genuine care for the elderly and were exceptionally attentive to meeting the various needs of the elderly and their families. My mother-in-law also stayed at Sunshine Home twice. The environment was very spacious, safe, and comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind, treating the elderly like family. They also arranged various activities for the elderly to participate in, showing great care. Sunshine Home has greatly reduced our burden as family members, and I want to express my gratitude once again.

Google MapsSeptember 2024 Time flies, and it's already been a full year since my parents moved into Sunnycare Nursing Home for the second time. We are extremely grateful to everyone at the nursing home, from the management team to the GPs, nurses, carers, kitchen staff, receptionists, and support staff, for their professional, loving, and meticulous care for the elderly. This has enabled Sunnycare Aged Care Home to continuously improve its service and care standards, undoubtedly becoming a benchmark in the industry in a short period of time. The Aged Care Home provides lobster feasts during holidays and distributes red envelopes, zongzi (sticky rice dumplings), and mooncakes to the elderly according to Chinese cultural customs. Monthly birthday celebrations for the elderly also fully demonstrate the Aged Care Home's humanistic care for the elderly and the multicultural characteristics of Sunnycare Nursing Home. After Manager Su joined, she introduced more professional teams (such as optometrists, audiologists, and dentists) to the nursing home, building upon the existing professional services. This allowed residents to enjoy more convenient professional services without leaving the facility, significantly improving the overall service level of the nursing home. Most of the registered nurses working at Sunnycare Nursing Home are highly qualified and experienced, including Shirley, Emily, Richard, Selina, Rita, Cindy, and many more. The caregiver team at Rose House, where my parents live, also treats the residents with the same care and patience as family. James, Rose, Dora, Xiaolu, Yuri, Terry, and others are just a few of the excellent representatives on this long list. The kitchen team lives up to expectations, preparing healthy and delicious meals for the residents every day, and always humbly listening to feedback and striving to improve. Yee tirelessly and personally provides a wide variety of cultural, sports, and intellectually stimulating activities and games for the elderly, and effectively organizes volunteers to provide companionship and conversation, greatly enriching the daily lives of the seniors. Words cannot fully express the gratitude our family and parents have for the nursing home. We sincerely wish Sunshine Nursing Home continued success and continued growth in this challenging industry! March 2024 My parents have lived at Sunshine Nursing Home for over eight months. We are extremely grateful for the meticulous service and care provided. Here, they can enjoy their preferred Chinese meals, communicate with caregivers and management in their native language, receive health consultations and care from highly skilled professionals (including family doctors and podiatrists), and receive convenient services such as haircuts from enthusiastic volunteers. The nursing home also regularly organizes various activities for the seniors, such as exercise and mahjong, to improve and maintain their physical functions and enrich their daily lives. On the first day of the Lunar New Year in the Year of the Dragon, every resident was pleasantly surprised to receive a red envelope and sincere New Year's blessings personally delivered by the director and head nurse. In this warm and welcoming family, my parents became more cheerful and happier, and increasingly adapted to life in the nursing home. This is because the staff of the nursing home do not only see their work as a means of making a living, but also care for and cherish the residents as if they were their own family members and elders.

Google MapsOrdinary People, Righteous Deeds: Thank You for Being There At 5 PM on June 20th, an unexpected accident occurred at home. My elderly mother, over eighty years old, slipped and fell, severely injuring her right wrist. Faced with this sudden danger, my eighty-year-old father was at a loss, nearly falling himself in his panic. To make matters worse, neither of the elderly couple spoke English and couldn't even make a phone call for help. In this critical moment, it was Ms. Yan Yi, who was responsible for caring for my mother, who immediately stepped forward. Without hesitation, she put down her work and rushed her to the hospital emergency room. It was almost time for her to leave work, and her daughter was home alone, waiting for her mother to come home to cook dinner. However, without a moment's hesitation, she only briefly called her daughter to tell her she would be late before selflessly accompanying her mother to queue, register, and see the doctor. X-rays confirmed a fracture in her right wrist, requiring immediate reduction and plaster cast immobilization. I was out on business and only learned of my mother's injury after the meeting ended. I rushed to the hospital; it was already 9 PM. Yan Yi was still with my mother. She explained my mother's injuries in detail and urged me, "Be sure to let me know the results of Auntie's treatment as soon as possible." Only then did she leave. However, she didn't go straight home. Instead, she detoured to my house to visit my father. After confirming that he was conscious and stable, she prepared to leave. My father wanted to sign her overtime schedule, but she politely declined. She said, "Your home care package account is already overdrawn. Consider this overtime as a small token of my appreciation to this family." Before getting into her car, she repeatedly told my father, "Please take care of yourself. Contact me anytime if Auntie needs anything." Then she drove away. Yan Yi often says, "Caring for the elderly is not just my job, but also my responsibility." She incorporates this responsibility into her daily work. Since my parents joined the Sunshine Nursing Group, they have arranged for more than a dozen nursing colleagues to provide home care. Although not relatives, they are like family. In these ordinary positions, they exemplified the true meaning of responsibility and love through their actions. In my community, there's a saying: "Where there's sunshine, there's love." I used to think it was just a warm slogan, but now I truly understand that it's the result of countless ordinary yet touching actions by the management team of Sunshine Nursing Group and employees like Yan Yi, earning people's heartfelt respect and praise. Our whole family sincerely thanks Sunshine Nursing Group, thanks Sister Yan Yi, and thanks every employee of Sunshine Nursing Group—you are trustworthy guardians! May this kindness and responsibility continue to be passed on under the sunshine; may all ordinary people who quietly contribute be treated with kindness and remembered by the world.
