Wasted 15 mins on phone - it says on google they bulk billing they don’t there’s , steps red tape and all other stuff waste of time this is a private clinic don’t bother .

I found Melissa to be a wonderful clinical psychologist who provides empathetic and insightful guidance. Her compassionate approach put me at ease from the onset. I would recommend Melissa to anyone seeking psychological support.

I recently contacted the team in relation to a cognitive assessment for my adult brother who has an acquired brain injury. The team were very friendly, helpful and the wait time was far less than I expected. We saw Tiana, who was kind, gentle and extremely accommodating. Turns out she was the perfect choice for us. Her level of knowledge, along with her compassion, excellent communication skills, and down to earth manner was such a refreshing change. She has a 'nothing is too much trouble' response to clients - this is commendable. Not only did she go above and beyond with service and information sharing, but also provided me a number of resources. She seems to genuinely care about her clients, and does all she can for them. We have not experienced such friendly, obliging service like this in a business in a long time. We are really grateful to you Kiana for the wonderful experience given to us.
