Honestly i wouldn't have half the quality of life supports I do without these guys!!, Thi' is wonderful, Always shown a willingness to find out what can be done with even my most hairbrained queries, Then always going so far beyond the mark I have no idea where the limit even is, amazing!. Always treated royally, not clinically nor differently, I could go on for days but there are not many businesses I can say have been directly life changing. Tldr> Approachable and beyond helpful, So glad to have found them, A++ Couldn't rate highly enough!, Really stand-out :D

Very professional and a great customised service/support coordination due to the medical background/education of the operator. Having the ability to properly understand complex medical conditions, willingness to help and support in best possible way, makes this service one of the best around. Certainly not a superficial one and not a profit driven one.

My son has been with Support Genie for the past 3 years and I am extremently grateful for all the support we've received. At the beginning navigating the NDIS system was very overwhelming, but with Support Genie as our Support Coordinator, my son's goals are being achieved by excellent services.

I’m the plan nominee for my wife who suffers from very advanced Alzheimer’s Disease. She’s wheelchair bound amongst the other dreadful disabilities which afflicts the sufferer as the condition deteriorates. Prior to engaging Support Genie, care was provided by larger organisations which, unfortunately, didn’t work out well for my wife. However, since switching to Support Genie, despite all the high care required now for my wife, Support Genie has been doing an excellent job from all angles. The carers are well trained and, more importantly, all have great attitudes. I treat them all now like my extended family. Services are rendered professionally with a great personal touch. The team at Support Genie has made it manageable for me to cope with the situation. It will be a team which I will recommend and vouch for. I’m thankful to have them care for my wife.
