Absolutely Horrible Wouldn't Recommend!!!! Had my NDIS plan with these people and absolutely no help or support what so ever. They continue to write me emails which = more money milked from someone trying to access supports with a disability 👎👎👎

I accidentally came across Synapse when searching for brain injury support. So far I found the contact with this support very supportive. It's early days but they have sent plenty if information on support services close to my home. The lady on phone was compassionate, understanding and willing to help where she could. We received information promptly and have made use of some of the services. Would recommend.
