Been a member here since 2013, as a gym, very basic, mostly for over 40's, and people who need to lose weight. Staff are very helpful and professional. Every member has a set routine, but there's a variety of equipment they can play with, to their heart's content. No one is under any pressure, and you can work according to your level of fitness, very easy-going atmosphere, I like it.

Very friendly welcome and goodbye. Highly professional, friendly and helpful, For business medicals I couldn't recommend them higher. Results delivered to my company within 2 hours. I would recommend them to everyone, thank you.

Just had appointments with the Sharla and the Exercise Psychologist and they were both extremely helpful and professional and very attentive. It's so much easier to go somewhere where you are treated with such care and respect. The staff were super friendly and very helpful and extremely nice to talk to. I was super informed when I left.
