True Living have provided to our son, a safe, secure and empathetic SIL home over the past 3 years. Management have listened to our input in regards to care requests during some very difficult times and always respond really well, to improve the daily living standards. The management are always willing to supply support staff that fit the correct mould for the individual person and provide interesting community participation outings and therapies. As a mother to a son with complex special needs, I want to ensure that he is well looked after, genuinely loved and safe for when I am no longer able to be there for him. It seems to be an almost impossible goal but when I met Tom and Tariq 3 years ago, I knew I found the right people and place for him. True Living’s values, purpose and vision are beyond what I had hoped for. I found a safe haven for my son, the kind of caring I don’t see with any other providers today. What makes them distinct from the rest? It’s their sincerity, compassion, respect for each member of their “family” at the same time, maintaining professionalism and continuously improving their quality of care. I couldn’t praise and recommend True Living well enough. Three years after, my son today is thriving, happy, doing/learning far greater things I didn’t anticipate.
