Google MapsI have been to more than 10 Speech Pathologists over the years and Maxine at Talkshop is the best! Maxine is empowering, positive and encouraging. She balances humour with a skill in explain how speech works and how I might improve by breaking it down into comprehensible steps. I feel she has made me more aware of how I speak and how important it is to slow down and form my mouth correctly. I have gained much confidence in working with her and other people have noticed the improvement in my ability to speak clearer. This is helping me to have the courage to be more independent. She thinks outside the box and I am finding I am so interested and enjoying the improvement so much that I am actually able to do my practice, because I am so inspired.

Family members and the children's teachers noticed very quickly that their speech was improving, which has led to lots of really positive outcomes for them- both socially and academically. Google MapsVery happy with our experience at Talkshop Speech therapy (Frenchs Forest and Forestville). The staff is very experienced and friendly. My son has loved attending every sessions there, they were fun & engaging. The speech therapist gave us practical tools to practice at home as well in between sessions. Highly recommend.
