I'm a support coordinator who provides my clients with lists of providers who might be able to assist them, to give my clients a choice as per the NDIS. Based on my case notes, and those who I continue to touch base with, those referrals who decide to go with Tashacare are always very pleased. They go above and beyond, and do far more than just basic. I have time constraints within my own job, so it's fantastic not to have to chase them up for service agreements. They're very organised, quick with their responses, and CC me into those responses where appropriate, so I can see just how accommodating they are. Sometimes I'm needed, but it's great to see what's happening behind the scenes even when I'm not.
