Such an amazing organisation, really can't state enough how great everyone is here

I still like the services but I would like to make some changes I would like for all staff to be informed of the customer history so that all staff has the same information and to keep trying to improve the effort of there services regards From peter

The support workers do very well. A small but significant point is that there could be more travel time allocated, and a lunch break for them to avoid fatigue and lateness, as often travel distances are longer than 15 mins between clients. A composite history/advice should be available per client for workers to read.

I left this organisation years ago after incompetent staff failing to maintain continuity of care for clients. They are young, inexperienced, some staff even refusing to interact with clients. As I was one of their clients, I'm speaking of past experience of my own here. I do not recommend The Cassidy Crew
