My Support Coordinator has been exceptional in helping me navigate my family member’s recent ASD diagnosis, particularly as an older female located in a rural remote area in Tasmania, utilising Telehealth. Their empathy, clinical insight, and deep knowledge of the NDIS have been invaluable. They showed great sensitivity, explained complex processes with clarity, and offered unwavering support. I’m truly grateful for their guidance during a very challenging time.

The Only Support Coordinator, they were recommended to us by our LAC from NDIS. The LAC told us they are the once she would consider on situations like ours in which we are on the extreme kind. My son has autism of extreme behaviour that requires so much support. They are good in putting up a team together for the family's support and most especially for our son. They are amazing in many ways like they can be contacted by phone/text/email almost anytime of the day/night and any day of the week.
