I hobbled into a meeting with Luke Lamble unable to walk due to a tear in my knee and pain from sciatica. 2-3 sessions of dry needling, massage and a stretching program designed by Luke was super effective. I have much better movement in my hips/glutes, knee and legs. I highly recommend booking in for any pain relief issues.
