Had my first appointment the other day. Lachlan was so friendly and personable... I had gone in with so much anxiety and was quite worried that my ankle would never be the same again (thanks to scary doctors at the ER)! He reassured me that recovery is totally possible and by sticking to his recommendations I will be back to normal in no time. Feeling so much stronger already!

Had an amazing first experience with the chiro Shae! She is very experienced and was able to explain things in a way I would understand. I absolutely loved the rehab gym and being shown exercises on top of my adjustment.

I was looking for a new physio and received a recommendation to check out The Physio Movement - I'm very glad I did. They were very welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable and were able to recommend new running shoes, rehab exercises and were able to explain the underlying bio-mechanic's of why I was having issues.
