Update - I've found Plan Management People really helpful, responsive, considerate of my needs and clear in their communications. I'm very happy. I like having a dedicated plan manager but when she's away, I find the team just as good too. First review - I've recently switched to The Plan Management People and every interaction has been friendly, helpful and feels easy. Ellie helped me through the switch and the onboarding process was simple. They also were super helpful getting some late invoices paid very quickly. I haven't been with them for long but so far, I'm impressed. I've had quick and clear replies to questions too and it all just feels easier than my last plan manager.
