The Trustee For Hearing Savers Unit Trus

Would highly recommend Michael Barsoum from Hearing savers, he has a friendly and helpful demeanour and is very knowledgeable about the capabilities of different hearing aids and their configuration. He let me trial different options so that i was confident in my final decision

Charlotte is really caring and supportive. Even a small concern, she always sends me follow up emails after every appointment. For my kind of hearing loss, I still have a difficulty in hearing even wearing aids, so the most important thing for me is the compassionate support from the audiologist. I wasn't happy with my old audiologist and was looking for another place to go. I am very happy I chose Hearing Savers at Bentleigh and met Charlotte. And it's because of the good reviews here so I thought I should write my review for people looking for a helpful audiologist and team too.

This was my first experience ordering hearing aid batteries online. The price is reasonable with free delivery. Delivered within the timeframe stated. I have just placed another order. Thank you. Hazel Ho

Excellent customers service and most importantly very good pricing on the product I wanted Oticon Real. The audiologist was surprised that Sally and her team got my ear measurement right for the hearing aids. Overall, I was very happy with the pricing and product I received.

I live in NSW but purchased my hearing aids three years ago through Hearing Savers at Bentleigh Vic because of the their very good discount prices. I was then surprised to find it was great personalised service as well. I have recently returned to them again for a service and repairs. The aids have just been returned to me after quick repairs Express post to my door in great time and working perfectly, with ample pleasant and helpful phone contact. Thank you. Great to see discount prices can still come with great service.
