Home Care Experts provides excellent services for the care of my daughter that needs a 24/7 support at home. Very happy with the way they handle the required support to ensure that we can have the necessary respite and can continue with our daily activities. Excellent staffs that focus on the well-being of my daughter. Very grateful with the continued support while we are waiting for confirmation of the new NDIS plan.

So happy with the service. I've been using them now for 3 months. Super impressed with how punctual and on-top of everything they are. The sw themselves are absolutely fantastic but I'm impressed with how simple home care make everything seems. Even when emergencies come up, it's so simple to change hours and get a sw at your door to help out.

My adult daughter had very complex needs ,medical and physical disabilities she was living at Cranbourne house Junction Village and fully cared for 24hours by staff til she passed away this year. The manager Rita was very caring and accessible to family and making sure staff were updated and trained on my daughter’s needs.They staff did their best under the very trying and difficult times especially towards her end of life when she became bed bound and in immense pain.Lovely home.Thank you all.
