I like to have a say in who provides my support . Unison let me choose my support worker and he helps me but doesn’t tell me what to do. He helps me go to public places where other people in the community go. I am more confident doing things by myself now. Unisson really listened to me and let me be flexible with my support.

I am mostly happy with the staff at Sunshine. They are flexible and attempt to fit in to suit my sons needs. I do have some concerns with one or two staff regarding complacency once becoming familiar with my son, and not fulfilling some of the things during their shifts that I have asked. However overall my son enjoys working with his staff and they are very accommodating when we need to make changes etc.

I have extremely fantastic care worker. I'm over the moon with my worker. She is someone I hope to be around for a long time. Words can't express how grateful I am. Sunshine services are much better than my experience with my last services. Way above my expectations and things are going very smoothly. The goal setting sessions and being accountable for my daily to do list has been great. I've come a long way in my road to recovery. I have a schedule and I am encouraged and strive to do the activities on there. It's been a positive, empowering, and beautifully uplifting experience. I'd give the agency a AAA rating.

Sunshine is great! They let me choose my own staff and I can have my support when I want it. The support workers are really good and fun to be with. I have learnt a lot.
