I really enjoyed my experience at Victor Health . Loved my personal routine, the atmosphere, help was always available. Definitely would have been a 5 rating. Had to mark down to 3 rating due to unavailability of being able to attend twice a week. You have to call each week to put your name down for classes and there is a limit to class size which is understandable. There are waiting lists which aren't for me as I still work full-time. I want to keep going but unsure as per the class availability restrictions.

Professional happy staff. The physio exercises easy to manage/understand. The dry needling really made a difference to reducing pain and allowed more movement in my shoulder. Have recommended Vector to family and friends.

I’ve been attending Vector Health since early 2024, starting at their Yeppoon clinic after undergoing three knee surgeries. At that point, I was truly starting from the ground up. I had also just moved to Queensland from Canberra, so everything felt new and a bit overwhelming. Without Vector Health, I can honestly say I wouldn’t be where I am today. Thanks to their support and guidance, I’ve regained my confidence, returned to driving, and am now back at work—improving every single week. Getting back to a sense of normality hasn’t been easy, but they’ve helped me every step of the way. All of the reception staff and team members have been absolutely amazing—so welcoming, supportive, and genuinely caring. I’d especially like to give a huge thank you to Greg Cook and Trish Andrews from Yeppoon, and Lachlan Waye, Aaron Sullivan, Jaco Lottering, and Jani Van Bilijon from Rockhampton. I’m so grateful to all of you for helping me get my life back on track.

Highly recommend both services from Yeppoon and Rocky Vector Health after visiting both. I’ve felt safe and gain benefits from visiting any of the physios and highly recommend one in particular called Jaco. He is professional, caring and smart with applying use of multiple strategies. He deeply understands the need to work with you and tailors ‘physio practices’ you like and ‘do the job’. Great results with Jaco when he suggests acupuncture as one of his many talented skills he has. Thankyou Vector Health for providing a flexible and great service to our community for all ages.

What an amazing experience! Bianca was fantastic. She combined dry needling and massage, explained everything along the way, and immediately made me feel comfortable. She was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough and genuinely cared about getting to the cause of my pain, not just treating the symptoms.
